What is KIIMO?

KIIMO is a crowdsourced delivery platform connecting buyers and senders with local businesses and independent Kiimsters. Deliveries can be completed on foot, by bicycle, scooter or car—real people powering everyday city delivery.

How do I download and join KIIMO?

Download the free KIIMO app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account with your phone number or email, complete the verification step, and add the information needed to start using the service.

Can I use KIIMO without the app?

The full ordering, tracking and payment experience is currently app-based. Businesses can learn more and apply through this website.

How do I place an order?

Open the app, browse a nearby store or choose to send a parcel, add the relevant items or delivery details, review the order and confirm. The app will guide you through each step.

What are the delivery fees and times?

The app shows the applicable delivery price and estimated arrival time before confirmation. They can vary according to distance, demand, transport mode and the delivery requirements.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods are shown securely during checkout in the KIIMO app. Supported options may vary by market and service.

What happens if KIIMO cannot find a deliverer after my money was taken?

You will receive an automatic refund. The money will normally appear back in your account within 1–3 working days, depending on your bank.

How can I track my delivery?

Once a Kiimster accepts, you can follow the live route and delivery status in the KIIMO app from pickup through handoff.

Can I cancel a delivery?

You can cancel before a deliverer has committed to the delivery. If the delivery is already active, contact KIIMO support so the safest next step can be arranged.

What if my order is wrong, late or damaged?

Contact support through the app as soon as possible. KIIMO will review the delivery details and arrange the appropriate resolution for verified issues.

What can I send with KIIMO?

KIIMO is designed for everyday city parcels that can be carried safely by the selected transport mode. Prohibited, dangerous, illegal or improperly packed items cannot be accepted.

Merchants & businesses

Do I need my own courier fleet to use KIIMO?

No. KIIMO coordinates delivery capacity, tracking and handoff, so your business can send without building or managing its own courier fleet.

Who can apply for a KIIMO partnership?

Local merchants, online stores and other businesses with recurring city-delivery needs can apply. KIIMO reviews your routes, volume and priorities before recommending a setup.

Can we start with a small pilot?

Yes. A focused pilot is the best way to validate delivery volume, service expectations and operational fit before expanding.

How will delivery pricing work for my business?

Pricing depends on your delivery profile, routes and expected volume. KIIMO will review your application and discuss a suitable setup before you commit.

How quickly can my business be onboarded?

After you submit the partner application, KIIMO reviews your business, routes and operating needs. The team will then contact you with the recommended setup and next steps.

What does my business receive?

KIIMO provides identity-verified delivery capacity, real-time tracking and visibility, and multi-layer protection across the delivery journey—without requiring you to manage a courier fleet.

How do payouts work for marketplace orders?

The payout structure and schedule are agreed during partner onboarding and matched to the merchant’s operating model. Your setup will clearly show applicable fees before launch.

Can I choose how I deliver?
